Ofer Prinz Setter

 

Ofer received his B.Sc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering (summa cum laude) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in 2012. Prior to joining the Segal Lab, he worked for five years at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries LTD. as a lead R&D analytical project coordinator. His current interdisciplinary research lies at the interface between nanotechnology and microbiology, in which he utilizes natural clay particles to deliver an antibiotic drugs to target specific bacterial pathogens. Ofer was recently awarded with the prestigious Azrieli Graduate Studies Fellowship.
